Return window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the piece must be unworn and undamaged, in its original condition, with the certificate, box and all packaging included.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp or use our Contact page with your order details and reason for return. Our team will confirm eligibility and share the return address and instructions.

Please do not ship anything back before your return has been confirmed, so we can insure the parcel and track it safely.

Condition of items

Returned pieces are inspected on arrival. Items that show signs of wear, damage, resizing or alteration, or that are missing their certificate or packaging, may not be accepted or may be subject to a deduction.

Exchanges

Prefer a different piece, size or karat? We are happy to exchange eligible items. Ask us about our exchange value, which lets you upgrade within a year of purchase, so your gift can grow with the moment.

Made-to-order and personalised pieces

Pieces that are made to order, engraved or otherwise personalised are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or not as described.

Return shipping

For returns of damaged, faulty or incorrect items, we cover the return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is arranged by you, and we recommend an insured, trackable service given the value of the piece.

Once your return reaches us and passes inspection, any refund is handled under our Refund Policy.
