Here is exactly how payment works when you order from Hasaka Diamonds, who processes it, how your details are protected, the ways you can pay, and how failed payments and refunds are handled.
Who processes your payment
All online payments on Hasaka Diamonds are processed by Cashfree Payments, one of India's leading RBI-authorised online payment gateways. We do not collect or handle your payment credentials ourselves.
When you place an order, you are passed securely to Cashfree to complete the payment, and then returned to us with a confirmation. Your order is confirmed only once Cashfree reports that the payment has succeeded.
How your details are protected
Cashfree is certified to PCI DSS Level 1, the highest level of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, and every transaction travels over an encrypted TLS connection.
We never see or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net banking password. Those details are entered directly on Cashfree's secure, encrypted pages and stay with your bank and the payment network.
Ways to pay
You can pay by UPI, credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and Maestro), net banking, popular wallets, and EMI on eligible cards. All of these are offered through the Cashfree checkout.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees, and every order is backed by a GST invoice under GSTIN 32APGPV4759N1Z5.
Verifying card payments
Card payments are verified with your bank using 3D Secure, usually a one-time password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. This extra step confirms that the payment is really being made by you.
If a payment fails
If a payment is declined or interrupted, no order is confirmed and nothing is charged. If an amount is debited for a failed attempt, it is reversed automatically by your bank, typically within a few business days.
If you are ever unsure whether a payment went through, please do not try again right away. Message us and we will check the status with Cashfree before you are charged twice.
Refunds
Approved refunds, including cancellations and eligible returns, are processed back through Cashfree to your original payment method. The time to reflect depends on your bank or card issuer, and is usually a few business days.
