Eligibility

You may request a refund on eligible pieces within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged and returned in its original condition with the certificate, box and all packaging.

Refunds are processed once your returned item reaches us and passes a quality check by our team.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method. For prepaid orders the amount is credited back to the card, UPI or bank account used at checkout. For any other arrangement our team will confirm the details with you before processing.

Timeframe

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take a further 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Made-to-order and custom pieces

Many Hasaka pieces are made to order or customised to your chosen diamond, karat and size. Because these are crafted specifically for you, they are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or not as described.

If you would prefer to change a piece rather than refund it, ask us about our exchange options, including our industry-leading exchange value within a year of purchase.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund before it has been dispatched or, for made-to-order pieces, before production begins. Once a piece is in production or has shipped, cancellation may not be possible, so please reach out to us as early as you can.
